About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Director to lead growth and profitability across the APAC region. The role will shape commercial strategy, expand market presence, and mentor a high‑performing regional team.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute a regional commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
Scale new markets while optimizing performance in established ones.
Expand offline channels and strengthen omnichannel presence.
Leverage customer insights to deliver exceptional experiences and build brand trust.
Achieve revenue, margin, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Lead, mentor, and empower country managers and senior talent.

Required profile

15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience across APAC with full P&L responsibility.
Proven track record of scaling businesses profitably across multiple markets and channels.
Strategic thinker with adaptability and openness to new practices.
Exceptional leadership and talent‑development skills.
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
