Senior Civil & Concrete Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Civil & Concrete Estimator to join Outsourcey’s growing team. This remote position will support our mission to provide cost‑efficient, high‑quality construction estimating services for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural and civil drawings, specifications and tender documents to determine project scope.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take‑offs and pricing schedules for concrete, civil, earthworks and related activities.
• Use Bluebeam and other estimating software to measure, quantify and document project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, subcontractors, equipment and other expenses.
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing submissions and documentation for projects under consideration.
• Review supplier and subcontractor pricing, flag discrepancies and identify risks or opportunities.
• Maintain accurate estimating records, pricing databases and support continuous improvement of estimating processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in concrete and civil works.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations and civil engineering practices.
• Proven ability to prepare BOQs, quantity take‑offs and tender pricing schedules with high numerical accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
