Senior Billing Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Billing Coordinator supports the firm’s billing cycle by preparing, editing and finalising client invoices and generating key financial reports. The role is based in the Global Operating Center in Manila and works closely with partners, legal staff and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate draft client bills using the Elite 3E system and edit them according to partner and associate instructions.
• Submit and track electronic invoices through the eBilling Hub and resolve tax or statutory issues.
• Prepare standard reports on Work in Progress (WIP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Timekeeper Utilisation.
• Maintain client and matter records, respond to billing mailbox queries and coordinate with cash receipts and accounts payable.
• Gather and organise backup documentation for disbursements and assist with audit documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant administrative or billing experience, preferably in a large international law firm.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Elite 3E billing system and eBilling Hub.
