Senior Associate – Audit Services

About the role

PwC Philippines is seeking experienced audit professionals to join its team delivering audit services to clients worldwide and locally. As a Senior Associate, you will work within a collaborative team to address complex business challenges across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage feedback and self‑reflection to develop personal strengths and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Apply critical thinking to structure and solve unstructured problems.
• Utilise a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Select appropriate tools for each situation and clearly explain the rationale.
• Seek exposure to diverse situations, environments and perspectives.
• Communicate in a clear, structured manner when influencing stakeholders.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 3 years of external audit experience for local or multinational companies.
• Experience in the Technology, Media, or Telecommunications industries is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork as required.
