Senior Architect / Revit Modeler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect/Revit Modeler to join our work‑share team supporting our UAE office. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with our Architecture & Design Group on a variety of projects across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed construction documents and Revit models that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Lead day‑to‑day technical delivery, including Revit model development, clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Quality‑check all design and technical documentation before submission.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery and BIM processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural and BIM experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling and rendering).
• Architectural detailing and interior design documentation.
• Experience with joinery, finishes, and interior specifications.
• Clash detection and multidisciplinary model checks.
• Knowledge of regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper (plus).
• Understanding of ESD concepts and Revit Insight plugin (plus).
