About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Global Services Finance team in Taguig. The role supports the full accounting cycle for balance‑sheet and income‑statement processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, J&J Credo, and internal policies.
- Execute timely month‑end and quarter‑end closings according to the closing calendar and service‑level agreements.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial actuals within the assigned entity scope.
- Apply Worldwide Accounting Procedures and adhere to SOX, Internal Audit, and compliance requirements.
- Support operational excellence by continuously improving accounting processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably with experience in a multinational environment.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Required skills
- SOX compliance knowledge
