Senior Consulting Analyst – Japanese Speaker (Taguig/Cebu)

About the role

EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst with strong Japanese language skills to join its CSS team in Taguig or Cebu. You will work closely with account teams and clients to deliver high‑quality consulting services that solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in consulting engagements, collaborating with team leads and project managers.
• Facilitate clear communication with Japanese clients and stakeholders using Japanese language proficiency.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Apply knowledge of Japanese business culture during client interactions.
• Participate in meetings and team discussions, providing insights and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and guide project delivery.

Required profile

• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3‑N1) with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.
• 3‑6 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of consulting processes and project lifecycles.
• High analytical capability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage project risks.
