Security Supervisor – SM San Pablo

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead security operations for the SM San Pablo site, ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors, and assets. This role combines incident response, staff management, and continuous risk assessment to maintain high security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security activities within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, activate emergency programs, and support safety drills.
• Monitor CCTV systems, identify potential risks, and propose smart mitigation solutions.
• Lead investigations, prepare timely reports, and protect confidential information.
• Manage security guard staffing, track attendance, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in security operations.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with government security forces.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (SO 2) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and physical security procedures.
