Scriptwriter & Director

About the role

Peach Digital is looking for young, visionary scriptwriters and directors to join its global production team. You will create original concepts, develop scripts, and bring stories to life across short‑form and long‑form formats.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch, outline, and write original scripts for short‑form and long‑form content.
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to align stories with the company’s mission.
• Direct shoots, guide performances, and work closely with cinematography, production, and post‑production teams.
• Participate in story‑development meetings, prepare shot lists and storyboards.
• Review edits and ensure final deliverables meet quality and platform requirements.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability with proven scriptwriting and screenplay experience.
• Hands‑on experience in video production, including pre‑production planning and on‑set direction.
• Excellent writing skills covering dialogue, character development, and narrative structure.
• Demonstrated directing experience for short films, web series, or similar audiovisual content.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with multicultural, cross‑border teams.
• Organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Asian languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant writing and directing work.
