SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Flexso Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and support SAP solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with project teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure successful integration using the latest SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth communication between complex business processes, cloud applications, systems, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical logic while maintaining performance, data quality, and security.
• Utilize SAP Process Orchestration, BTP Integration, Enterprise Messaging, and API Management to deliver successful integrations.
• Stay updated on SAP developments and share knowledge with team members and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, primarily in support roles.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, able to lead and align multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and organized work style with the ability to manage own tasks and integration sub‑projects independently.
• Comfortable participating in meetings and building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Excellent spoken English.
