SAP Monitoring Specialist – Hybrid (Alabang, Philippines)

About the role

Directio is seeking an SAP Monitoring Specialist for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role supports SAP ECC and BW environments, ensuring smooth operation of background jobs and data flows while participating in a 24/7 shift model.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SAP ECC background jobs via SM37, identify failures and safely rerun jobs.
• Monitor SAP BW process chains using the Process Chain Runtime Analysis tool and execute repair or repeat actions when needed.
• Watch for abnormal or long‑running jobs, report issues to the business support team and follow their guidance.
• Perform basic Control‑M operations (rerun, hold, free, kill, set to OK) and check scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records and operational evidence for traceability and compliance.
• Participate in rotating shifts and ensure smooth handovers in a 24 × 7 support model.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as an SAP Monitoring Specialist.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, 2 days remote).
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new monitoring tools.
• Experience handling tickets and incident tracking.

Required skills

• SAP ECC monitoring (SM37, ST22, other Basis transaction codes).
• SAP BW process‑chain monitoring (Process Chain Runtime Analysis).
• Enterprise scheduling tools: Control‑M, Autosys, UC4, Cron, TWS.

What we offer

• Salary range: 40,000 – 50,000 PHP per month.
• Monthly transportation allowance of 4,000 PHP and a 3,600 PHP non‑taxable allowance.
