Master Data Management Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is a global IT services firm supporting clients in FMCG, retail, automotive and SaaS. For a French eyewear manufacturer, we are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist to create and maintain vendor and customer records in the ERP system and related bank portals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify vendor and customer accounts in ERP and bank portals based on approved requests.
• Conduct bank verifications via video, phone or email to prevent fraud.
• Maintain document filing, support KPI and Balanced Scorecard reporting.
• Update overtime, offset, leave and man‑hour records in the time‑keeping system.
• Assist project implementations, provide data support, perform User Acceptance Testing and document test results.
• Support audit processes by gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on Master Data Management or related administrative experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days remote).
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and strong data‑governance practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication skills and experience in a shared‑services or BPO environment.
• Experience working in international, culturally diverse teams.
