Dynamics 365 Manager

About the role

PwC’s Cloud Computing and Networking practice is looking for a Dynamics 365 Manager to help clients transform their business through innovative technology solutions. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with diverse teams and clients to design, develop, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, secure, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Sales, and Marketing modules.
• Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and customize new and existing features.
• Develop applications using .NET, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Perform peer code reviews, participate in design sessions, and review test plans.
• Coordinate test execution, analyze results, and ensure solution quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the implementation cycle.
• Align with change‑management processes and deploy code to Production, QA, etc.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Conduct client training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engagement).
• At least five end‑to‑end full lifecycle Dynamics 365 or Power Platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Proficiency in C++, C#.NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server databases.
• Preferred certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
