Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Trainer will lead onboarding and continuous development initiatives for the sales network, ensuring that all team members are equipped with up‑to‑date processes, policies, and best practices. This role combines classroom‑style training, on‑the‑job coaching, and digital learning methods to drive performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training courses for new and existing sales staff.
• Test sales force performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement or retraining.
• Initiate corrective action plans to boost individual and team performance.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and support quality control of sales activities.
• Continuously improve training programs using e‑learning, video modules, and other non‑traditional methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in adult training, teaching, or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities in English and Tagalog (or native language).
• Ability to communicate clearly across multiple departments and ensure tasks are well defined.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for constant coordination with various teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher (a plus).
