Sales Trader – Corporate & Commercial Distribution

About the role

The Sales Trader will manage the distribution of Treasury products, including Fixed Income (FI) and Foreign Exchange (FX), for corporate and commercial clients. Working closely with the Treasury department and other business units, the role ensures smooth transaction processing and maintains strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Trade Treasury products with assigned corporate and commercial accounts.
• Coordinate with internal units to guarantee accurate and timely transaction workflows.
• Provide feedback on departmental issues and propose practical solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve budgetary targets.
• Ensure all client dealings comply with product authorization limits and suitability requirements.

Required profile

• University graduate from a reputable institution, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Treasury sales or a related financial function.
• Strong understanding of Treasury product regulations and client suitability standards.

Required skills

• BAP Treasury‑Certified Professional
• Certified Fixed Income Market Salesman
• Technical knowledge of Treasury products (FI, FX) and relevant regulations
• Familiarity with pertinent government and industry regulations
