Sales Representative – Zamboanga

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive the growth of PayJoy’s point‑of‑sale financing solutions in the Zamboanga territory. Working directly with partner retailers, you will activate new merchants, train store staff and ensure that sales targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and market share.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing merchants, ensuring repeat sales month over month.
• Visit retail locations to train sales teams, promote marketing materials and launch incentive campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies based on market and competition analysis to capture new sales opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and onboard new business partners that meet PayJoy’s requirements.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date and record all interactions and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.

Required profile

• Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, software sales, mobile devices or field sales within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build effective relationships and train partner personnel.
• Result‑oriented mindset with proactivity, organization, perseverance and resilience.
• Analytical and negotiation skills to manage store performance and drive sales.
• Own reliable personal transportation (car or motorcycle) and willingness to travel across the assigned area.
