Sales Representative – Central Luzon

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive demand creation and promote seed products across the Central Luzon region. Working closely with the Sales Manager and distributors, the role focuses on ensuring product availability, visibility, and strong relationships with growers and other agricultural stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned demand‑creation activities, promotions, field days, stakeholder meetings and channel merchandising.
• Establish and manage field demonstration sites, selecting growers and monitoring agronomic practices.
• Visit dealers, seed shops and other channels to ensure product availability, visibility and fast movement.
• Support the Sales Manager in implementing channel promotions and coordinating with distributor sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with growers (large landowners and small‑holder farmers), cooperatives, traders, buyers, financiers, agents and local government agricultural officers.
• Provide feedback on stakeholder concerns related to Enza Zaden products and activities.
• Assist the Technical Manager with site and grower identification for multi‑location and second‑screening trials, monitor trial progress and gather accurate data.
• Collect market intelligence on cropping seasons, competitor activities, pricing, government programs and communicate findings regularly.

Required profile

• Experience in agricultural sales or field demonstration activities.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide range of agricultural stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region for field visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Capability to gather, analyse and report market intelligence.
