About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for key products and accounts. You will shape strategies, drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction remains central to every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee sales performance for designated products and accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet financial targets, STU goals and P&L objectives.
- Guide and monitor sales call plans and activities across assigned territories, product ranges and customer accounts.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while delivering results.
Required profile
- Graduate of any Engineering discipline.
- 8‑9 years of proven experience in heavy equipment, machinery, engine services or related industries.
- Leadership experience: at least 3 years in a managerial role or 5 years in a supervisory operations role.
