Business Relationship Officer – West Avenue

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based at the West Avenue branch, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance and enhance customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Acquire new accounts and cross‑sell existing YGC products to existing customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (minimum 4‑year program).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Understanding of risk management controls and financial management.
• Experience or knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
