Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will support an international sales team by handling transactional sales activities, from initial enquiry through to order hand‑over. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotes for client enquiries and assigned transactional activities.
• Update HubSpot CRM with opportunity details, follow‑up notes, and client interactions.
• Advise clients on stock availability, lead times, account terms, and delivery status.
• Process orders and coordinate with production to monitor supply through to final delivery.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to convert open opportunities and build client trust.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, Project Management, and Operations to ensure seamless project transitions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, coordination, customer service, or administrative sales.
• Experience working with Australian or other international companies or teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and order processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client‑facing and internal coordination.
• Background in B2B sales support, order management, or inside sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
