Sales Executive – Davao, Philippines

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Davao. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across logistics and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
• Conduct regular client meetings, visits, calls, and follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business‑development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, pricing, and other internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or other B2B industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused with proven prospecting and lead‑generation skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
