Sales Executive – Drive Lens Business Growth

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Sales Executive to support the Commercial Manager in achieving sales revenue targets for the Lens business in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving growth through strategic planning, account management, and execution across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets for the Lens business in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to sustain or exceed sales goals.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and ongoing business opportunities.
• Handle pre‑ and post‑sales activities, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and accounts receivable management.
• Collect and analyse competitors’ sales and marketing information to support strategy formulation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 90% mobility).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
