Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive growth for Outsourcing Staffing Advantage. In this role you will initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their staffing and outsourcing challenges, and present our tailored solutions to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospects and assess their staffing and outsourcing needs.
• Present outsourcing solutions in a consultative manner and qualify leads.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and sales meetings.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Foster long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven to meet targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 proficiency).

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
