Sales Development Representative

About the role

Tego Group, a UK‑based travel technology company, is expanding its Cebu office and seeks a Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing global sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to decision‑makers worldwide and setting up qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone and other channels to generate leads and secure business meetings with decision‑makers.
• Research and identify prospective clients in travel‑related industries, tailoring outreach strategies for each target.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress using the company’s CRM tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends and insights to add value during outreach.

• Ambitious, results‑driven individual with a strong desire to grow alongside a global company.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior executives such as Directors and CEOs.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
