About the role
We are looking for a Sales Account Specialist to drive sales initiatives within an assigned district. The role focuses on implementing sales plans, expanding market presence, and managing distributor relationships while ensuring timely accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales plans and programs in the assigned district to achieve volume and market share targets.
- Manage sales activities, monitor performance against budget, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop the market by identifying new opportunities and expanding distributor networks.
- Oversee distributor relationships, ensuring product availability and promotional support.
- Manage accounts receivable, monitoring payments and following up on overdue invoices.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- Prior experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong people‑handling abilities and above‑average communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
