Sales Account Specialist – Fresh Graduates

About the role

We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Sales Account Specialists. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while promoting holiday‑themed products across our Christmas Drive operations. You will work on‑site in Metro Manila, Cebu or Davao, collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing high‑quality service and promoting holiday‑specific merchandise.
• Execute selling functions during the Christmas Drive, meeting daily sales goals.
• Coordinate with team members to implement operational tasks and ensure smooth store operations.
• Manage and track inventory levels, initiating replenishment as needed.
• Assist with additional operational duties as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or fresh graduate with no prior work experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 4‑wheel vehicle (manual transmission preferred).
• Open to a one‑year fixed‑term contract.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
