Sales Account Manager – Banking & Financial Services (Philippines)

About the role

BioCatch is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead its banking and financial services sales in the Philippines. Reporting to the APAC VP of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long‑term relationships with key financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new sales revenue from existing and prospective BioCatch accounts in the Philippines.
• Create and execute strategic account plans, managing opportunities through to deal closure.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, channel partners, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with APAC commercial teams—including Business Development, Pre‑Sales, and Account Management—to maximise revenue and technology adoption.
• Promote BioCatch’s brand and value proposition within target accounts.
• Drive high customer satisfaction and retain accountability for account performance.

Required profile

• Energetic, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in full‑cycle sales.
• Experience selling solutions to banking or financial services organisations.
• Strong ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
