RPO Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join IBM as an RPO Recruiter and become the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work on innovative sourcing, selection, and hiring processes to help build IBM’s most valuable asset – its talent.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen inbound candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs).
• Manage individual requisition loads from discovery intake to offer negotiation, or support a sourcing team with active candidates.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, communicating IBM’s EVP and role details.
• Participate in role discovery meetings, set delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and provide status updates.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to keep candidates engaged.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in in‑house, RPO, or agency environments.
• Minimum 6 months experience using a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Willingness to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City and to cover US night‑shift hours.
