Routing & Logistics Specialist (Dispatcher)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Routing & Logistics Specialist to support daily dispatch and routing operations. The position starts with a two‑month part‑time training phase conducted at night, after which it converts to a full‑time role. You will work remotely, coordinating routes, monitoring shipments, and communicating with drivers and customers to ensure smooth transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with route planning and dispatch operations.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Update logistics systems and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve routing and scheduling issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow processes and work independently.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
