Revit Designer – Architectural Modeling

About the role

Zebra is seeking a Revit Designer to turn design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and buildable Revit models for retail and F&B projects. You will work alongside architects and designers on international assignments, contributing to both schematic and design development phases while growing your BIM expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and architectural/interior solutions that meet client brand standards.
• Create Revit models and complete drawing packages for schematic and design development stages.
• Support space planning, layout development, documentation, presentation materials, and renderings.
• Translate project requirements into precise Revit documentation.
• Produce visual presentations and renderings to communicate design intent.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional drafting and modeling experience, preferably in design consulting or international outsourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate within a project team and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for architectural and interior design documentation.
• Experience with rendering software such as Enscape.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows (LOD 300‑350) and clash detection tools like Navisworks and BIM 360.
