Restaurant Partnerships Associate – Supply & Onboarding

About the role

Club Feast is looking for a Restaurant Partnerships Associate to join its core operations team. In this remote position you will guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully set up, trained, and ready to fulfill orders on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restaurant partners step‑by‑step through the onboarding process, collecting and validating all required information.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, track progress in a CRM (HubSpot or similar), and ensure timely activation.
• Provide clear instructions, answer questions, and maintain regular follow‑ups with restaurant owners and managers.
• Maintain accurate records and hand off completed partners to internal operations, driver engagement, and account teams.
• Identify friction points in the workflow and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, account coordination, customer success, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communicator comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Calm and reliable under pressure.
• Based in LATAM, the Philippines, South Africa, or another remote location.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
