Reserve Officer – Banking Service Manager (Manila)

About the role

The Reserve Officer will step in for absent Business Center personnel, ensuring seamless service delivery and strict compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external rules. This role supports the bank’s business objectives by providing excellent customer service and handling a variety of operational tasks across multiple branches in Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller when they are unavailable.
• Assist the Regional Service Head with case‑by‑case compliance reviews.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer responsibilities as directed by the District Service Head.
• Ensure Business Center transactions are processed within prescribed limits, approvals and authorities according to bank policies and the Operations Manual.

Required profile

• At least a four‑year degree in Business or a service‑industry‑oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Sales or marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.
