Reservation Agent

About the role

Flat Planet is hiring a Reservation Agent for its Makati office, working a fully onsite day shift. The role covers booking follow-up, refunds and reporting for customers in Australia and New Zealand, with administrative support to the Reservations Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Action all OTA/OAP emails so that booking financials and contact details are correct
• Follow up with OTAs until customer contact details are received
• Handle refunds and booking management so customers in Australia and New Zealand get a prompt turnaround
• Monitor OTA, OAP and direct online bookings and follow up outstanding information
• Produce weekly and monthly booking reports and share them with the Australia and New Zealand mailing list
• Check the daily manifest for duplicate bookings and act on required cancellations
• Run the daily booking archive and follow up outstanding refunds or balances
• Update RMS with vessel information each day and update the bus supplier spreadsheet with daily transfers for invoice control
• Perform trade and agent postings for Australia and QA checks on future bookings
• Provide admin support to the Reservations Supervisor as required

Required skills

• Strong computer and reservations system experience highly regarded
