Remote Training Specialist for Home Care

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training Specialist to design and deliver meaningful learning experiences for its global Remote Team Members (RTMs) who support home‑care clients. You will act as a mentor, coach, and curriculum designer, helping new hires build confidence, technical competence, and the professional mindset needed for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new and existing RTMs.
• Create and continuously update learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Lead workshops, online classes, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics, maintaining accurate training records.
• Collect feedback and iterate on training programs to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others grow through education and mentorship.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
