About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Remote Social Media & Content Research Specialist to support a fast‑growing content and media brand. The role blends trend research, social media management, and strategic support to boost the creator’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging social media trends and viral content opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, creators, and industry leaders to identify high‑performing content themes.
• Assist in developing content calendars, posting schedules, and audience‑growth strategies.
• Analyze content performance, platform algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Organize and maintain content libraries, schedule and publish posts across platforms, and ensure brand consistency.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Brainstorm campaign concepts, support creator‑led initiatives, and collaborate on creative strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling tools.
• Experience using analytics tools for performance tracking.
