Remote Sales Appointment Setter (US Business Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will work from home while supporting our US‑based recruiting services, contacting prospects during New York business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑quality B2B prospects using LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls and send personalized emails to introduce our staffing services.
• Explain complex service value propositions clearly to prospects unfamiliar with the industry.
• Execute follow‑up sequences to nurture non‑responsive or warm leads.
• Coordinate and confirm discovery calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Update lead status and detailed interaction notes within the CRM system daily.

Required profile

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in email campaign creation for talent acquisition.
• Experience with recruiting is preferred.
• Reliable home office with a Windows computer and high‑speed internet.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM Eastern Time.
