About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruiter to join its growing team. You will connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare clients, ensuring each placement supports quality patient care. The position is fully remote and permanent, offering flexibility while contributing to the success of remote healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilise platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare or related sectors.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
