Remote Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a remote recruiter who can handle high‑volume hiring for our fast‑growing team. You will be responsible for creating job ads, posting them on LinkedIn, sourcing and pre‑screening up to 150 candidates each day, and keeping the candidate pipeline moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling job descriptions and publish them on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Source, screen, and assess up to 150 candidates daily.
• Manage multi‑phase assessments and proctor live tests to ensure integrity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all conversations and move candidates through the hiring stages.
• Produce daily activity reports documenting numbers and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written communication.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience handling real high‑volume recruiting (not just occasional hiring).
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a functional webcam.
• Self‑disciplined, punctual, and able to meet daily targets.
