Remote Recruiter – Full‑Time Independent Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Recruiter to join our fast‑growing U.S. company on a remote, full‑time basis. Working as an independent contractor, you will play a critical part in building our talent pipeline for operational, trade, and service positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates daily using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other tools.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and qualification assessments.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to keep the hiring pipeline full.
• Maintain candidate data in the recruiting system and track recruiting metrics.
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
• Support occasional process‑improvement projects, research hiring strategies, and assist with employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent‑acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for operations, trades, service, or blue‑collar roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.
