Remote Recruiter (Full-Time, US Business Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Working full‑time during U.S. business hours, you will source, engage, and qualify candidates for a variety of open positions, helping people find meaningful careers while gaining recruiting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and contact candidates through outbound calls and follow‑up communications.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Explain available positions, company expectations, and hiring timelines to applicants.
• Identify top candidates and move them forward in the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and recruiting teams.
• Maintain organized candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Deliver a professional, engaging experience throughout every candidate interaction.
• Meet daily recruitment, screening, and interview‑scheduling targets.
• Support additional recruitment projects and hiring initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Reliable computer, mobile device, internet connection, and electricity.
• Objective candidate evaluation while maintaining professionalism.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, sales, or call‑center operations is a plus but not required.
