About the role

The Controller will oversee construction finance operations for a global outsourcing firm, working remotely on a night‑shift schedule. This full‑time position offers a stable work‑from‑home environment with weekends off and immediate health coverage from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, reporting and control processes for construction projects.
• Prepare and analyse strategic financial reports to support growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with global teams and senior leaders to drive financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting on a nightly basis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling or accounting, preferably within construction or related industries.
