Remote Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the role

RemoteVA PH is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the creation and management of email marketing strategies. The role is fully remote and involves handling customer data, designing workflows, and reporting on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Design workflows and automations using Go High-Level CRM.
• Maintain and update customer and campaign data in Excel.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, producing detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the team to develop customer‑engagement strategies.
• Assist with various marketing tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Creativity in executing email campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data management.
• Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Go High-Level CRM platform.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Work‑from‑home arrangement.
• Monthly salary between USD 650 and USD 700.
