About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a leading music streaming service as Remote Korean‑English Customer Support Representatives. In this part‑time position you will assist users in both Korean and English, helping them enjoy a seamless streaming experience from the comfort of your home.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via the designated support channels.
- Provide clear, courteous assistance in Korean and English.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Required profile
- Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
