Remote Home Care Scheduler (Fully Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a remote Home Care Scheduler who will keep caregiver schedules running smoothly for U.S.-based senior care clients. You will act as the quiet force that ensures caregivers and families stay informed and confident, even when unexpected changes arise.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain up‑to‑date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations, no‑shows, or last‑minute changes.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the company VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in the WellSky platform (training provided).
• Collaborate with the operations team to flag staffing issues and ensure smooth coverage.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
• Assist with light administrative and recruitment tasks during slower periods.

Required profile

• Prior experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home‑care settings.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both caregivers and clients.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
