Remote Healthcare Recruiter – Permanent Work‑From‑Home

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare organisations. The role is fully remote and permanent, allowing you to work from home while contributing to better patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs and caregivers using CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn and Facebook groups.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews through HelloHire or similar tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines and hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
