About the role
ClearDesk is looking for a remote recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare providers. The position is permanent, work‑from‑home and focuses on filling roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs and caregivers.
Key responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions using CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other channels.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews through HelloHire or similar interview platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines and hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Support document collection, license verification and background‑check processes.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics (applications, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with shifting priorities and meeting hiring targets.
