Remote Graphic Designer – Philippines

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a fast‑moving US‑based branded merchandise company. The role is fully remote and supports the creation of custom artwork and production‑ready designs for apparel, drinkware, pens and other promotional items. You will work independently while collaborating with a small, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Create hand‑drawn custom artwork and convert it into clean digital assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop realistic mockups for branded merchandise and promotional products.
• Adapt designs to product specifications, sizing limits, colour restrictions and decoration methods.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork files for printing, embroidery and other processes.
• Collaborate with teammates via messaging and file‑sharing platforms for updates and revisions.
• Improve and simplify existing creative workflows to reduce turnaround time.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong hand‑drawing and illustration abilities.
• Experience creating product mockups for branded merchandise or apparel.
• Good understanding of print, sizing, colour and decoration limitations across various products.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Willingness to complete a design assessment during the hiring process.
