Remote Graphic Designer – Paid Social & Creative

About the role

Media247 Digital is looking for a remote Graphic Designer to lead the visual output for client and in‑house campaigns. You will collaborate closely with strategy and media‑buying teams to turn briefs into high‑performing ad creatives that capture attention and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design paid‑social and ad creatives for Meta and other platforms (static, carousel, story formats) focused on conversion.
• Create branded assets for campaigns, including Reels covers, thumbnails, social graphics, and ad variations.
• Develop client pitch decks and proposals while maintaining brand consistency across multiple accounts.
• Adapt creative assets across placements such as feed, story, and OOH/billboard when required.
• Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and revise designs accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic‑design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid‑social or ad‑creative work.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self‑managed, reliable in a remote setting and able to meet deadlines.
• Availability to overlap ~4 hours with Dubai working hours (GMT+4).
