Remote Graphic Designer – Brand & Template Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a fast, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to create high‑impact digital assets for entrepreneurs worldwide. The role is fully remote, operates on a night‑shift schedule (12 am–8 am PHT), and is part of a growing product team that values speed, consistency, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design style guides, lead magnets, slide decks, social media templates and other assets using Canva and Figma.
• Customize and adapt templates to match each founder’s brand while maintaining a polished, non‑generic look.
• Optimize assets for visual appeal, readability and mobile‑friendliness; apply QA standards.
• Collaborate with global team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
• Incorporate feedback, stay current on design trends, and continuously improve quality and creativity.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing with at least 2 years of design experience or a relevant degree.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level).
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, detail‑oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fully remote setup.
