Remote Email Designer – 8+ Designs Daily

About the role

Mint Source is seeking a full‑time Remote Email Designer to support a UK‑based email marketing agency and Klaviyo Platinum Partner. You will create on‑brand email layouts and Klaviyo pop‑ups that drive engagement and list growth while working collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, mobile‑friendly email layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce eight or more email designs per day while maintaining clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Create and iterate Klaviyo pop‑ups and forms to support growth goals.
• Transform briefs and copy into visual layouts with strong hierarchy and flow.
• Adapt designs for different segments, promotions, and A/B tests.
• Quality‑assure every asset for spacing, links, copy placement, and overall accuracy.
• Use Figma and Canva to build, refine, and organise reusable components.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp and maintain organized files for handoff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and habit of double‑checking work before delivery.
• Responsive written communicator who keeps stakeholders updated.
• Ability to work steadily under pressure with reliable turnaround times.
• Creative problem‑solver who takes initiative and incorporates feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Klaviyo pop‑up and form design.
• Familiarity with ClickUp for task management.
• Understanding of HTML live text implementation in email templates.
• Knowledge of CSS button styling for native email platforms.
